Perfectly synchronized with the other functional modules of the platform, Opera Maintenance Management allows you to digitize maintenance activities and carry them out when necessary, following an accidental stop, scheduled maintenance or a predictive alert which highlights a probable asset breakdown in advance .
Web-based workstations, interactive and easy to use for the maintenance team to view pending maintenance requests/orders; declare the interventions/materials used/spare parts; visualize all the documentation on the screen (instructions, manuals, maintenance videos, etc.) for paperless maintenance.

BREAKDOWN
Carry out maintenance following a malfunction, with generation of alerts and maintenance requests.
PREVENTIVE
Maintenance is scheduled on the asset (based on working time, quantity produced, date etc.). Automatic generation of maintenance orders.
AUTONOMOUS
Inspections are carried out by production, as per the TPM approach. Alert and visual check management for operators.
PREDICTIVE
Predict when the asset may break and perform maintenance first. Use AI and ANN to analyze machine behavior and anticipate downtimes and breakages.
