Monitor processes with real-time SPS charts
Opera Process Control is designed for real-time monitoring of the conditions of the production process.
Powered by Opera Device Connection, it enables automatic and real-time acquisition of process values from devices (machinery, measuring instruments and assets in general) which are crucial to guaranteeing product quality or the good state of the machine.
By connecting directly to the devices, the system acquires the process values and displays them on control charts, where you can monitor the trend of the values in relation to the nominal value/tolerances in real time and immediately identify potential critical values.
Following the checks carried out by the system, in the event of critical points or deviations, the system can generate events (alarms, notifications, possible system shutdown, etc.) allowing a prompt response that will prevent a possible machine malfunction or a product defect.
